Terms, Refunds & Delivery

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our official email address.

Any refund eligibility will depend on the terms of the specific programme, event or service purchased. Administrative fees, payment gateway charges, banking charges and any non-recoverable costs already incurred on behalf of the participant may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Certain bookings, deposits, registration fees, confirmed exhibition spaces, international delegation arrangements and customised services may be non-refundable once confirmation, reservation, procurement or third-party commitments have been made.

Where a specific programme or service has its own cancellation and refund terms, those specific terms shall take precedence.

If an event or service is cancelled by Pronext Ventures Sdn. Bhd. and no alternative arrangement is offered or accepted, eligible payments received for the affected service will be refunded.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the participant's registration may be transferred to the new date. Any refund request arising from a postponement will be assessed according to the circumstances and commitments already incurred.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for an approved refund to be processed. The actual time for funds to appear may vary depending on the issuing bank, card provider, payment gateway and country.

Pronext Ventures Sdn. Bhd. primarily provides event participation, exhibition, business delegation, seminar, webinar, business matching and other programme-related services. Therefore, many purchases made through our website involve services or registrations rather than physical products.

For event registrations, exhibition participation, business delegation programmes, seminars, webinars or other services, confirmation and relevant information will normally be provided through email, WhatsApp or other official communication channels after successful payment and verification, where applicable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and email information during registration.

Where physical products are offered for sale, the applicable delivery method, estimated delivery period and any shipping charges will be communicated during the purchase process or separately to the customer.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, courier service, customs clearance and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For international deliveries, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.

Returns of physical products will only be considered where:

Customers should contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide supporting photographs or information. Products must generally remain unused and in their original packaging unless the nature of the defect prevents this.

Eligibility for replacement or refund will be assessed by Pronext Ventures Sdn. Bhd.
